Chin Woo Biathlon

Heyya!

Had my biathlon race yesterday morning. The race is to swim 500meters then get out change quickly and run 5kilometers. Well running 5km is okay for me but swimming omg. I last swam seriously about 4 years ago when I still had my classes. The race was held at Chin Woo, somewhere near merdeka stadium.

So dad woke me up at 5 45am. Was looking for clothes early in the morning plus I was still damn blur, stoning around. Changed, packed and got ready. Mom made a cup of milo for me, it was quite tasteless. Dad and mom drove me there and watched the race. As soon as I sat down in the car, I slept :D

Reached there and didn't have any idea where I was. Reached there and saw quite an amount of people. Not as many as other runs since the swimming pool can't take so many people at once. There were 8 categories, A B C D E F G H. Category is A is boy's junior and B is girl's junior ( 8 - 14 years old) I was in category C for teen boys. D was teen girls. ( 15- 18years old)

BODYMARK!

C112 was my number. My category started at 8:10am. Watched category A and B swam and saw how fast they changed. Shocked to see that kids at the age of 8 and 14 has such a BIG DIFFERENCE IN BODY SIZE. Saw 1 boy changed so fast. He came out of the pool and slipped his feet into the shoe( already tied ), grabbed his shirt and ran. All in less than a minute! Not a second to spare :P

Came to my turn, got in the pool and was just warming up. Countdown and the race started. I went freestyle for about less than 100meters and got tired. OMG SO FAST RIGHT? Finished up the rest with breaststroke. Came out and saw that I was 2nd LAST to come out HAHA! Took my time to change and wear my quite new shoes :P I want to have the comfort in running :D hehe!

Ran up the stairs and down a slope @_@ then into the running path. Had to run 2 rounds around an area which was 2km each and 500meters back to the starting line. So 500m down 2km + 2km and 500m up! tada ! 5km :D

I couldn't catch my breath at first then started to get into the rhythm and it was okay for awhile. My hands got so tired for no reason! started moving my hands and putting them in awkward positions. LOL :P Caught up to about 4-5 people and overtook them. I kept telling myself that there is no way I'm going to get last and kept pushing. I was running the 2nd round and REALLY wanted to stop and walk already. I actually slapped myself a few times and continued running :P

Then after I took the 2nd ribbon, I went straight instead of turning left for another round. Continue going forward until I saw the slope on my left. IT WAS SO DAMN STEEP. Pushed all the way up eventhough I had nobody to overtake. Reaching the line and saw my dad. He was asking me to go faster, its just a bit more, come on !

Reached the line and got a medal for finishing it ahhaha! Took a free can of chilled 100plus ! It hit the spot man. :þ

Waited for my dad's friend to come back and saw a group of friends having a relay. Looked at their swimming suits and saw their name and MAS. Malaysian swimmers, omg. BEST OF ALL, 3 to 5 of them are in my category. See them swim super fast man! Crazy ah :P Oh and I'm like the smallest in my category :)

Had some free nasi lemak and fried mee hoon. Took a bath, changed and went back. Again I slept in the car. Reached home at 12 and had a " nap " for 6 hours. Woke up at 6 and gazed around. Got myself ready for work at 730pm. Didn't have a proper dinner AGAIN, so unhealthy :(

Happy Birthday Piggy ! aka Beh Carmen :) Weeeeeee!

She had a birthday party yesterday at her place, it was for dinner ! Okay so it was my first time going to her house, I didn't know where her house was other than it being in SS19. I still can remember her house address until now, thats weird O.o

Her party theme was ' opposite sex ' + happy colours ! Opposite sex is suppose to mean that we are all suppose to have something on ourself that is from the opposite sex. For example male wear female's and vice versa :D

Well I have no sisters so I had nothing feminine to wear other than my mothers which I don't think I would use :P Wore a simple long sleeved shirt and jeans. Oh! and my working shoes. Well there's nothing feminine there, so Beh said she'll paint my nails at her place. Brothers sent me there. Finding her house wasn't that hard to find and it was actually near my jogging path, hmm why haven't I seen her before.

Reached her house and the first few people I saw didn't look like the opposite haha! So was I :P I think I reached at about 730pm? and I only saw her and her 2 friends, other friends came later. Food was already served and we were to help ourselves :) They ( Beh + her parents? ) made macaroni with eggs, fried chicken ( I only tasted the skin, was kinda lazy to use my hands :P sorry ah ) , small sausages , potatoes ( only ate 2, wished I had more now ) and last but not least, 6 large pizzas from dominoes ! Speaking and thinking about all this food is really making me SO HUNGRY! Haven't had my dinner :( *stomach growls* oops!

After food we all talked, la la bla bla la la got ha ha also :D Went inside to enjoy aircon ! woo. Talked and laughed much more then it was time for cake.

Went out to start singing and saw 2 cakes, wow. One from her family and one from her friend(s). Lighted both cakes with 1 big and 6 small candles :) Sweet 16 behbeh! Sang the song and she blew the candles from a cake and made a wish. Oh she had two cakes, so there was two wishes. Hope both comes true beh :)

Ate cake, yumms. *stomach growls* Talked and laughed a whole lot :D

Oh did I mention that Leonard was in a skirt and with makeup and Jeremy was wearing a " hot " top and jeans :D

Went inside and watched her open her presents though it wasn't her birthday yet, 11.30pm ++ only ! Slowly she opened the presents while having a photo with almost every one. She got really frustrated when it came to one specific present was 4 to 5 times bigger than the actual gift? She got really mad :P how cute.

Slowly the presents were opened one by one and so were the people leaving. She had 26 people over. Did you get 26 presents? :)

Everybody left and I was last. So far you haven't heard her painting my nails yet. Yes, she painted my nails when everybody left. So much for being opposite. hahaha! still loved it though there were mistakes as it was done in a rush. Sneak peak !

Rawr I went to work with those nails, muahaha. Customers just stared in shock or was it in amazement? :D hehehe

My brother came and took me home :) Had a great time at her party. made many new friends, thats for sure :D

So! Beh Carmen, have a great and wonderful 16 year old year ahead of you ! :) this post is indeed made specially for you, tata for now :D

Post before sleeping !

At work, I asked my manager when will I be getting my pay cheque. Working for about a month now, hehe :) Stoned at me awhile and he went " Ohh! yeah, call everyone to come. " *Takes out a transparent bag with loads of pink and blue papers* wasn't sure where he took it from, seemed like it was from under the table. hmmm ANYWAY!

First, he gave my friend, Yong his pay. It was a cheque stapled to a pink paper showing the maths ( deduction of epf and socso, aww damn. ) The blue one was a copy of it. Signed it and he got his. Woo clapped xD. Quickly threw my gloves away as I was busy wiping the tables with "Kleenal Ex" ( some badass chemical for cleaning purposes ) Dried my hands and took mine, RAWR !! Others clapped :þ

At first I thought it was a whole month's salary. Shocked to see only rm274 for a month ! Till my senior friend explained : Punch cards are taken back on the 15th of every month. A new month starts on the 16th for part timers. 3rd - 15th is 13 days right? :D

Wahaha today I got my first ever pay cheque ! in my life :) woooooooooo

Yong started on the 21st of October and his pay was only rm210+ ? He's going to ask the head manager about it tomorrow.

I need to ask the head manager about epf also. Need to get my account started baby ! I guess I'll stop work on the 15th and get my cheque on January 7th, if I continue to work after the 15th I will have to wait till February which I may forget ( Bad memory as some of you may know :D )

Woah crap its 3:31AM already !! I have church at 8/8:30 tomorrow and I'm working at 10am to 3pm tomorrow. Byee :) Goodnights or morning.

Starting a new month

Hey I'm back :D again

Well I'm always back since I always have a long break between each post :P

I bet most of my readers has stopped coming back anyway but I'll write this for myself to remember.

4 days ago I started working as a waiter. Getting this job was so easy. Before this I have already been looking for a job since my exams ended which was before Deepavali I think. About half a month trying to look for a job, at pyramid and at parade.

At first I tried a few places which said that they would call back. Before this my friend has told me that when they say " we'll call you back " it means NO! they are just wasting your time making you fill up an application form about 2-4 pages long?

For the second time, I tried my luck at Nando's again. This time the " good manager " was there but he asked me to come back at 3 as it was lunch hour and they were busy. I came back at 3 and the " not good manager " was there with the good one. Of I forgot to mention I went with my friend. They asked us to sit and they both were talking. Soon they called my friend and wanted to hire her but they said she had to work till 1130 the latest shift. She couldn't as she was still busy and it might be too late for her, so she asked them to hire me instead. I got it :D

I was so happy getting a first YES. I was to start the next they and they prepared everything for me. After that I met up with Azhad and the others. Azhad told me he got a job at Dome and he was alone, so he asked me to join him. Without any hopes, I asked Dome for the 2nd time. Well on the spot the manage interviewed me and I was hired.

Heyhey I am back :)

First of all, I'm sorry for being so inactive these few weeks :P

Exams just started today and I've been so busy studying :D

I was just joking about the studying part, for the past 1 week, I have been playing games and more games every single day without fail. I only started studying yesterday night. Today I had chemistry 2 and 3, it was totally OUTRAGEOUS. Even those people who studied complained that it was hard, what do I have to say? I didn't study at all.

Secondly, I want to say Thank You to everybody who wished me and didn't :3

Oh...oh.... I had my dinner yesterday at a Korean BBQ place. The food and the workers were awesome :) You all should try it, its at taipan. I think its called Flower Garden or something :D

Woo ! went out for supper at sri melur at 12+

Only the four of us because my eldest brother is in Melaka. Me and my other brother ordered food and drinks and as usual my dad ordered his teh tarik kurang manis. Saw Huey Yann with her parents and Shern Wei with his friend. Reached home about 1 + , install a Wii emulator and tried to play Muramasa but it was a lagging so bad that it was not playable :(

Woke up at 9 15, rushed, washed up and packed my bag for group study and volleyball. Didn't study much, played with hamster. Sem brought it for SueLi to play with. I got pictures but I'll upload it later, in a dota game now. RUSH BLOG !

Came back at 6 45, bathed and went to Windmill for dinner with dad and mommey. 2nd brother went out with cousins. 3 of us only, kinda sad but still :D weee

Reached home, cousins and brother bought cake for dad. Oh enjoyed it. Going to DotA now.

Blog Revival ! for the moment

Hey yall, it has been a while since I last posted.

Been really busy with YE work, just a notebook or an organiser. We had to make 2THOUSAND books. All handmade and the process from 1 to another is really slow.

FRONT COVER

We had to stick stripes ( red and white ) , a blue rectangle , the 14 pointed stars and the cresent ( cut out from paper ) . Oh yeah we had to measure the margine for the front cover.

WHAT'S INSIDE

We had 8 boxes filled with paper, blady heavy. Had to carry them from the staff room to the YE room. Well it is an organiser with a year in it, 12 months. Each page has only half a month. Best of all the papers in the boxes were not sorted out. The papers were so fine that they stick together. When there is paper, there is papercuts. Ouch.

OVERALL

We had to punch 5 holes in every book and I think there are only double hole punchers and nothing more. Had to punch each book 3 times to make 5 holes. There are 24 pages ( 12 months ) front cover and back cover which makes it 26 pages. Punching 26 pages at once would kill the puncher so some had to split a book into 2 or 3 then start punching. After getting the 5 holes for every book, we had to tie them with a ribbon.

THE MATHS AND NUMBERS

1 Front Cover - 7 white stripes , 7 red stripes , 1 blue rectangle , a star and a cresent

2000 front covers - 14 stripes x 2000 = 28000

2000 blue rectangles

2000 stars

2000 cresents

Glue them all together and make a Malaysian flag.

1 Year - 12 months , 12 sets ( sorted out in pairs of 2 )

2000 years - 24000 months = 48000 sheets of paper sorted out .

1 Book - 5 holes , 3 times to punch( for a full book ) , have to split into 2 or 3

2000 books - 5 x 2000=10000 holes , 30000 times to punch , multiply by amount of times divided.

Tying them together was quite simple, no numbers lol

YE has about 30+ members? Just imagine plus I didn't do THAT much. hehe :þ

Our teacher advisers wanted to get our effort into the Malaysian Book of Records for making the most handmade books. It costs RM1500 to get the application. If they do not accept it, wooo RM1500 kena makan.

School was going to buy all of books and give it out to students so all of us got our own books back.

Why I chose it?

As most of you don't know, I am a flat-footed. Being one, it makes me more prone to injuries and pain at the feet. This shoe has a medium height arch to slowly form an arch on my foot.

I've only wore this shoe twice because there are no runs during the fasting month.
